The Studio
The Studio is located at the front of the property and is self-contained with its own separate entrance and sitting out area.It is well appointed with two luxurious King Single beds with electric blankets (and an additional Pop-up bed stored underneath and available for a third person), dining table and chairs, TV, heater and comfortable armchairs in the bed-sitting room. It has a separate bathroom with full bath and over-shower, heated towel rails and hair dryer with complimentary toiletries. The kitchenette area has microwave, toaster, electric hot water jug, fridge, crockery, glasses and cutlery and a range of complimentary teas and instant and plunger coffees with complimentary milk and sugar and condiments.The Studio includes the option of another connecting bedroom with two King Single Beds, electric blankets (and pop-up bed stored underneath)with the same sleeping arrangements and as an option providing additional low cost accommodation for families or groups of friends travelling together and sharing facilities but wishing separate bedrooms.
The Cottage
The Cottage is located towards the rear of the property and has its own entrance and sitting out area. It has a separate double bed bedroom with electric blankets and heater, separate shower and toilet, heated towel rails and hair dryer with complimentary toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen has full sized stove, microwave, toaster, electric hot water jug, crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils, a range of teas and instant and plunger coffees and condiments and fridge with complimentary milk and sugar.The living/dining room has two comfortable sofas (one converts to another double bed) dining table and chairs, heaters and TV. A Portacot with baby bath and bedding is available.
The Cottage & The Studio
Both units have quality appointments, travel and touring information and New Zealand and local art displayed along with nostalgic photos of historic Bluff.

- A “complimentary self-serve Start Up Breakfast” available on arrival with a loaf of frozen fresh toast bread and a range of toppings: butter, jam, Vegemite, honey and peanut butter also a range of teas and coffees and fresh milk to set you up for the day’s outings.
